The Poetry Blog for Lilliput Review
Ida Frelinger
Issa trans. by David G. Lanoue
an error sprouted in the "sprouting oaks" haiku; the poet was NOT Susan CONSTABLE but Susan DIRIDONI. but a fun dance while it lasts!
The original posting attributed sprouting oaks to another fine poet, Susan Constable. My apologies to Susan Diridoni, the correct poet, and to Susan Constable. Don
The second haiku fits the one line format perfectly. Great sense of flight, ending and renewal in all three. Love them all!
