Don, so pleased to be at the starting gate of the new run of double feature Wednesday Haiku. The pairing with Peter's poem is perfect (in my perhaps not-humble opinion). Alliteratively your's, Kate

As for Ms McQueen's poem, wonderful use of allusion and metaphor. Creates a sense of beauty even as the season passes beyond.

Rennick reinvigorate's with the image of youth and innocence -hearkening back to our youth.

Nice poems and complementary editing choices. Well done all.

Thanks, Charles ...

Mark, thank you, also.

Kate, I'm glad you are happy about how things worked out. The pairing is serendipitous - which often causes the most sparks - as I'm still going chronologically. That may change as I get caught up.

Bandit, very happy you liked the poems. See my answer to Kate re: serendipity.

Woodland Rose, thanks. Don

Yes, sharing each moment, one at a time ...

Fer shure, Don, 'cause we damn well don't have no control of it.
